OWN PRODUCT / D2C
Shinobi Baseball
A D2C platform where ballplayers design a custom glove in real-time 3D and order it directly — connecting ten years as a glove craftsman with software engineering.
The 3D customizer
Twenty-one parts, each colored independently in the browser, with the result returning immediately as a solid object. The starting point was simple: let a player see their own glove before ordering it, instead of picking from what already exists. The glove models themselves are made in-house in Blender — knowing the real construction as a craftsman translates directly into model accuracy.
Pricing across borders
Selling into Europe takes more than showing a price. I built a pricing engine covering multi-currency display, duties and shipping, and scheduled FX updates, then connected it to Stripe and PayPal.
Storefront and back office
An admin handling orders, customers, products and tax rates, and a storefront in five European languages. The flow from order to delivery is designed on the assumption that I know the craft side of it.
Quality
Automated tests and CI/CD, built and run solo. The smaller the team, the more you need something that notices when things break.
